MONTREAL DIOCESAN COUNCIL:
98TH ANNUAL CONVENTION
The Catholic Women’s League of Canada (CWL), Montreal Diocesan Councilwill hold its  98th Annual Convention on  Saturday, April 27 at St. John Brébeuf Parish (7777 George St., Lasalle, H8P 1C8). Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.. Archbishop Christian Lépine will be in attendance for the morning’s business session which begins at 9 a.m. and will officiate at a Eucharistic celebration at 11:15 a.m. Council Presidents and their members are encouraged to attend this important event, which includes a luncheon. Special guest Dr.Catherine Ferrier will speak about Palliative Care and Euthanasia. Tickets are $22 and available from Presidents.  All women welcome. Non-members who would like information about the League and/or who wish to reserve tickets to the Convention may contact Diocesan President Lydia Fielding at 514-505-1761. CWL brings together Catholic women from all across Canada to share spiritual and social events and to serve a variety of needs at home and abroad. In  August 2020, CWL members will gather in  Montreal for the Annual National Convention. Will  you be part of the celebration?
