During this weekend we will use a very familiar story of transformation – the metamorphosis of the caterpillar into the butterfly – to help us navigate the turbulent times through which we are living. Some central Ignatian concepts will guide us in our exploration of the process and will be explained as necessary. The weekend will include presentations by Margaret SILF, time for personal reflection, and opportunities for optional small group sharing. Friday September 27 from 7 to 9 pm; Saturday September 28 from 9 am to 4 pm. Snacks and coffee provided. Please bring a lunch on Saturday. NEW VENUE: St Ignatius of Loyola Parish. Cost $60. Please contact the Ignatian Center at 514-481-1064 or [email protected].
Over the course of ten sessions in the fall, we will be using video conferences by Fr. Tim Gallagher OMV to guide us through St. Ignatius’ time-honoured practical guidelines for the discernment of spirits. Each evening will allow time for us to explore how the teaching has concrete application and relevance to our own daily lives. Ten sessions, beginning September 25 at 7 pm. Cost: $100 (book included) Please contact the Ignatian Centre at 514-481-1064 or [email protected].
